Order Handling Time: We require 24 to 48 hours to process your order after payment has received. Most packages are handled within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery time is based on the shipping date, not the order date. Delays can occur due to invalid addresses, weekends, or holidays.
Track Your Order: After your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also find tracking information on your "View your order" page in the order confirmationn email.
Shipping Origin: Your package will be shipped from the nearest U.S. warehouse to your location.
Shipping Area Limits: We can deliver to most U.S. states except Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
International Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Carriers: We partner with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics US to ensure timely delivery.
Note: We cannot accommodate requests for specific carriers at this time.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be collected according to U.S. tax laws. Customers in the following states will be charged sales tax at checkout, as determined by local regulations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. All collected taxes will be reported and filed with the IRS on time.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost, please notify us at support@amwaterfilter.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date if it hasn't arrived within seven days after the estimated delivery date. This timeframe is required by the shipping carriers, and they will not accept claims after this period. Once notified, we will file a claim for the lost package and seek reimbursement from the carrier on your behalf.
